摘要
目的研究峨眉山不同海拔高度鱼腥草居群槲皮素含量差异。方法用Hypersil ODS C18(5μm,4.0 mm×250mm)色谱柱,流动相为乙腈:0.4%磷酸=45∶55,调pH=3,流速1.0 ml/min,柱温30℃,紫外检测波长370 nm。结果该法简便、快速、准确,可作为鱼腥草中槲皮素的定量分析方法。结论不同海拔的9个鱼腥草居群槲皮素含量存在显著差异,其含量与海拔高度及土壤养分含量间相关性均不显著。
Objective To study the difference of quercetin content of H. cordata Thunb. from different altitudes of Mt. Emei. Methods Quercetin was determined by HPLC on Hypersil ODS C18 (4.0 mm ×250 mm, 5 μm) at 30℃ with acetonitrile :0. 4% phosphoric acid(45:55 ) ,pH = 3 as the mobile phase. Detection wavelengh was 370 nm. The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min, Results This method is simple, fast and accurate, and can be the quantitative analytic method of quercetin content of H. cndata. Conclusion There are significant differences among the quercetin content of 9 populations from different altitudes. The correlationship between quercetin content and altitudes and soil nutrient are not significant.
