摘要
目的建立新冠心苏合滴丸的质量标准。方法采用TLC法鉴别制剂中冰片、乳香;采用HPLC法测定制剂中肉桂酸含量,色谱条件:C18柱;流动相:甲醇-乙腈-水-冰醋酸(10∶22∶55∶0.5);流速:1.0 ml/min;检测波长:274 nm;结果在TLC色谱中均能检测出冰片、乳香。肉桂酸在0.396~3.960μg/ml范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 9),平均加样回收率为99.97%,RSD〈5%(n=6);结论所建立鉴别方法专属性强,定量方法简便、准确,可用于新冠心苏合滴丸的质量标准控制。
Objective To establish the quality standard for Guanxin Suhe Droplet Pill. Methods Bornbolum, Olibanam of Guanxin Suhe Droplet Pill were identified by TLC. The content of Cinnamic acid was determined by HPLC. ODS C18 was used as stationary phase, methanol-water-acetic -acid (10: 22: 55: 0.5)was used as mobile phase at the rate of 1.0 mE/rain. The detection wavelength was 274 nm. Results Bornbolum,Olibanam can be identified by TLC. The calibration curves of Cinnamic acid was linear within 0.396 -3. 960 μg/ml. The average recovery was 99.97%, RSD was less than 5% (n = 6 ). Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and reliable . It can be used for quality control of Guanxin Suhe Droplet Pill.
