摘要
目的建立清热解毒口服液中黄芩苷的含量测定方法。方法通过方法学考察,建立HPLC法测定清热解毒口服液中黄芩苷含量的方法。结果黄芩苷在0.12～0.72μg范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为95.8%,RSD为0.87%（n=6）。结论该法分离效果好,结果准确、可靠。
Objective To measure the content of Qingrejiedu Oral Solution by HPLC. Methods HPLC was used, Results A good linear relationship was obtained within the range of 0.12 -0, 72 μg,and the average recovery was 95. 8% , RSD = 0.87% （n = 5 ） . Conclusion The method can separate effectively, and the result is accurate and reliable.
