蒸发光散射检测-高效液相色谱法测定龙生蛭胶囊中黄芪甲苷的含量

Determination of Astragaloside in Longshengzhi Capsules by HPLC-ELSD

目的建立高效液相-蒸发光散射检测法测定龙生蛭胶囊中黄芪甲苷的含量。方法色谱柱为Diamonsil C18（250mm×4.6 mm,5μm）。流动相为乙腈-水（33∶67）,流速1.0 ml/min。ELSD参数：漂移管温度105℃,气体流量2.8 ml/min。结果黄芪甲苷在2.45～10.64μg的线性关系良好（r=0.999 2,n=5）。结论方法简便准确,重现性好,灵敏度高。

Objective To establish an HPLC - ELSD method for determining the contents of astragaloside in Longshengzhi capsules, Methods The chromatographic column was Diamosil C18 （250 mn × 4, 6 mm ,5 μm）. The mobile phase was ace tonltrile - water（33： 67）and the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min. The drift tube temperature was at 105℃. The gas flow rate was at 2.8 ml/min, Results Within the range of 2.45 ～ 10, 64 μg, the content of astragaloside had a good linear ratationship （r = 0. 999 2, n = 5 ）.
