摘要
目的建立清脑降压片的质量控制标准。方法采用薄层色谱法鉴别制剂中当归、决明子;采用高效液相色谱法测定制剂中黄芩苷含量。结果当归、决明子薄层图谱斑点清晰,空白无干扰;黄芩苷在0.076～1.52 mg范围内呈线性关系,回归方程Y=52.585X-0.2942,r=0.9999,平均回收率为100.36%。RSD为1.67%（n=9）。结论所建立的方法简便、准确、快速、稳定、可靠,可作为该制剂的质量控制标准。
Objective To establish the quality standard of Qingnao Jiangya Tablet. Methods To identify Radix Angelica Sinensis and Semen Clssiac by TLC. Determine baicalin by HPLC. Results Radix Angelica Sinensis and Semen Clssiae had a sharp chromatogram by TLC. The standard curve of baicalin was Y = 52,585X - 0. 294 2, r = 0. 999 9,linear range was 0,076～1.52 rag, average recovery rate of baicalin was 100.36% ,RSD was 1.67%, Conclusion The method is simple ,accurate and can be used for the quality control of the granules.
