In term of the power for modem China＇ s social development, me scienunc progress has been highlighted to strategic level. The Chinese Communist Party stresses the strategies of education and sustainable development implies their deep understanding on the dialectic relation. The view of sustainable development include the ecenomic goal,environment goal and social goal, which contain the requirement of the technological advancement. It has been proved by history and reality that the technological advancement is the main support for the sustainable development.
