浅论人类共同利益原则

On The Doctrine of Common Interest of Mankind

当前人类正面临越来越多的共同问题,一味地强调国家主权非但不能解决问题,甚至会使人类面临灭绝的危险。人类共同利益原则是新时期国际法的一项新原则,对原有的国家主权原则进行了补充和发展,对人类的生存与发展具有重要的意义。文章试从这一原则的概念、内涵、它与国家主权的关系和我国在这方面的理论与实践进行了论述。

Nowadays faced with more and more common problems to the human, emphasizing on the sovereignty doctrine can not only solve the problems but also threat the living of human. The doctrine of common interest of mankind is a new doctrine of Public International law in a new age. It＇ s a supplement and development to the sovereignty doctrine, and is significant to surviving and development of the mankind. This thesis try to discuss the topic including the definition of the doctrine of common interest of mankind, the relationship between it and the sovereignty doctrine, and the theory and practice on it of China.
