子宫内膜异位症血管形成机制的研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨血管形成机制在子宫内膜异位症(EM)发病中的作用。方法通过配对研究血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)蛋白表达及微血管密度(MVD)、周细胞覆盖指数(MPI),比较不同类型EM发病的血管形成特征。结果VEGF蛋白主要表达于子宫内膜腺体;整个月经周期,卵巢子宫内膜异位症(OEM)异位内膜、AM异位内膜及同体在位内膜腺体的VEGF表达均高于正常对照组。经Mann-Whitney检验,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01);在位内膜、OEM异位内膜、AMs异位内膜间的配对比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。未发现正常内膜VEGF表达的周期性变化;卵巢子宫内膜样囊肿异位间质的VEGF蛋白表达显著高于正常、在位及腺肌症异位间质。结论血管形成机制在子宫内膜异位症发病机制中具有重要意义。
