摘要
用8个3m×8m的实验围隔,研究了静水海水池塘村投何养殖台湾红非鲫(Ore-ochromismossambicus×0.niloticus)的鱼产力和负荷力。放养量为0.67、1.00、1.33、1.67尾/m^2四个水平。每日投喂颗粒饲料(粗蛋白为32%)4次,投饵量以鱼体重的3%为基础,再根据鱼的摄食情况加以调整,以1.5h内吃完为准。实验中监测了水体理化因子──水温(WT)、盐度(SAL)、透明度(SD)、pH、溶解氧(DO)、化学耗氧量(COD)、总磷(TP)、总氮(TN)、总氨氮(TAN)和非离子氨(UIA)的变化。当放养量较高的组水质超过水质标准,生态系趋于崩溃,即剩余组水质正常且能保持稳定时,则其中载鱼量最大的一组代表水体时鱼的负荷力。其投饵量代表水体对饵料的负荷力。实验表明静水海水池塘的鱼产力为2.00g/(m^2·d),对鱼的负荷力为2150kg/hm^2,对饵料的负荷力为48kg/(hm^2·d)。放养量以10000尾/hm^2为宜。
Fish productivity and carrying capacity of static Seawater ponds for feeding tilapiaculture were studied in 8 enclosures each of 3 m x 8 m stocked with Taiwan red tilapia (Oreochrocus mossambicus x 0. niloticus). The environmental factors, including wate temperture (WT), salinity (SAL), Secchi disk depth (SD), pH, dissolved oxygen, chemical oxygen demand (COD), totalnitrogen(TN), total phosphorus(TP), total ammonia nitrogen(TAN), nitrite nitrogen(NO_2-N) and unioized ammonia(UIA) had been monitored during the experiment from June 26 to Sept. 12,1994. Fish productivity 2. 00 g/(m2 . d) in static seawater ponds, and the carrying capacity for fish and foodstuff was about 2 150kg/hm2 and 48 kg/(hm2 d), respectively.
