Determination of Manzhi Zihong Pills by TLC

目的:建立慢支紫红丸定性鉴别方法。方法:采用薄层色谱法对样品中五指毛桃、矮地茶进行定性鉴别。结果:在选定的薄层色谱条件下,层析斑点清晰,分离效果较好。结论:此方法操作简单,专属性强,重复性好,阴性对照无干扰,可用于慢支紫红丸的定性鉴别。

Objective： To establish a quality standard of indentifying the contents of Manzhi Zhihong Pills. Methods： Using TLC method for quanlitative analysis of Wuzhimaotao Radix Fici simplicissmae root of Hisipid Fig and Japanese Ardisia Herb. Results： The dapples in the TLC plate are clean and the result of Separation is good. Conclusion： The results show that this method is simply, steady, and could be used for determining the two substances in Manzhi Zhihong Pills and the negative of the sample is not be interrupted.
