石杉碱甲胃漂浮片的研制及体外释放

Preparation and in Vitro Release of Huperzine-A Intra-gastric Floating Sustained Release Tablets

目的:研制石杉碱甲胃漂浮片,考察其漂浮和释药性能。方法:干粉直接压片制得石杉碱甲胃漂浮片,并用HPLC检测石杉碱甲在人工胃液中的释放量。结果:石杉碱甲胃漂浮片的迟滞时间小于5min,持续漂浮时间都大于12h,12h的累积释药量大于90%。释药行为符合Higuchi方程,释药机制为非Fick扩散。结论:研制的石杉碱甲胃漂浮片具有良好的漂浮特性和释药特性。

Objective： To develop the huperzine -A gastric floating sustained release tablets and study its behavior of floating and release characteristics. Methods： Tablets were prepared by direct compression with dry powder, huperzine - A of which in simulated gastric juice was analyzed by HPLC. Results： The beginning floating time of huperzine - A intra - gastric floating sustained release tablets is less than 5 min, duration of floating is more than 12h, and the tablets has total drug release in 12h is more than 90percent, and the in vitro release of huperzine -A fits well Higuchi equation, and it was properly characterized by the non - Fick diffusion mechanism. Conclusions： Tablets prepared has good behavior of floating and release characteristics.
