摘要
以肠浒苔中Chl_a含量、SOD活性、POD活性、CAT活性及可溶性蛋白含量等为指标,研究分析了不同浓度Cd2+对肠浒苔的胁迫作用。结果表明,较低浓度Cd2+对肠浒苔5项指标参数值均较对照组有一定的提高,随着Cd2+浓度的增加,5项指标参数值均下降,其中,浓度>10μmol/L时,CAT、POD活性逐渐下降;>15μmol/L时,Chl_a含量、SOD活性、可溶性蛋白含量下降。高浓度的Cd2+对肠浒苔具有明显的胁迫作用。
The effects of Cd^2+ on 5 parameters of chlorophyll a (Chl_a) and soluble protein contents, and superoxide dismutase (SOD), peroxidase (POD) and catalase (CAT) activities were determined in alga Enteromorpha intestinalis. The results showed that the 5 parameters increased in low Cd^2+ concentration treatment, but decreased with the increase in Cd^2+ concentrations. The activities of POD and CAT gradually declined when Cd^2 + concentration was more than 10 μmol/L; when Cd^2+ concentration was over 15 μmol/L, the content of Chl_a, the activity of SOD and the content of solubility protein declined. It can be inferred that the alga is stressed in the high con- centration centration of Cd^2+
