隔姜灸加穴位注射治疗支气管哮喘临床观察

Clinical Observations on Treatment of Bronchial Asthma by Ginger-separated Moxibustion plus Point Injection

目的观察隔姜灸配合穴位注射治疗支气管哮喘的临床疗效。方法将88例患者随机分为3组,观察组30例采用隔姜灸配合穴位注射治疗,对照组29例采用隔姜灸配合0.9%生理盐水穴位注射治疗,针刺组29例采用针刺治疗。30天后统计疗效。结果与结论观察组在降低血清IgE值及临床疗效上明显优于对照组和针刺组。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of ginger-separated moxibustion plus point injection for treating bronchia asthma. Methods Eighty-eight patients were randomly allocated to three groups. The observation group of 30 cases was treated by gin ger-separated moxibustion plus point injection. The control group of 29 cases was treated by ginger-separated moxibustion plus 0.9% NS point injection. The acupuncture group of 29 cases was treated with acupuncture. The effects were evaluated 30 days later. Result and Conclusion Serum IgE was decreased significantly more and the clinical effect was significantly better in the observation groul than in the control and acupuncture groups.
