广西第一产业的效率分析

Analyses of the Efficiency of GuangXi's Primary Industry

文章从一个新的角度(即效率的角度))来分析和审视广西的第一产业在全区国民经济中的地位是否合理和健康。指出:虽然第一产业地位下降的趋势符合产业结构演进的一般规律,但是第一产业比较劳动生产率不断下降的趋势却不符合"标准模式"所揭示的一般规律,出现了"悖论"。并指出:劳动力转移、产业内经济结构调整和科技进步因素是影响第一产业劳动生产率的主要因素(用新方法测算了三个因素的贡献度);主观、体制因素和产业自身因素是影响第一产业比较劳动生产率的主要因素。

This paper surveys primary industry from a different point of view, and tries to decide whether its status is appropriate in national economy. It points the fact that the role of primary is in accord with general rule, while the declination of comparative productivity is not accord with the universal law revealed by ＂standard mode＂. It also indicates that the factors of labor transformation, adjustment of economic structure within industry and the progress of technology have a great influence on the efficiency of primary industry（we have measured each of their contribution to efficiency）, moreover, the factors of system and industry itself have a great influence on the comparatively
