摘要 界面力学是异种材料连接界面强韧性设计的理论基础。主要介绍与异种材料连接接头界面力学有关的界面边缘应力奇异性和断裂控制参量等基本概念与分析方法。 Interface mechanics is fundamental of the design in interfacial bonded dissimilar materials.The concept of the singularities of the elastic stresses at the interfacial and the interface fracture parameter are introduced in this paper.
