摘要
采用焊条电弧焊工艺方法,选用CHR322堆焊焊条在Q235钢基体上以不同的焊接电流进行了堆焊试验。对堆焊熔敷金属的显微组织进行了分析,测试了堆焊熔敷金属的显微硬度,并讨论了焊接线能量在堆焊层金属显微组织的形成中起的作用以及对堆焊金属硬度的影响。结果表明,堆焊金属的显微硬度分布取决于其显微组织,焊接线能量的大小对显微组织的形成有影响。
Surfacing process test is made on Q235 steel substrate by shielded metal arc welding process using electrode CHR322 at different welding current condition.ln this article,the mierostructure and micro-hardness of deposited weld metals are analyzed separately by optical microscope and micro-hardness instrument,and the effect of the welding heat input on the formation of the deposited metals is also considered.The results show that the micro-hardness of the deposited layers depends on the microstructure which is related with the value of the welding heat input.
