论城市公共物流中心规划建设的必要性

A Preliminary Study on the Necessity of City Public Logistics Center's Planning and Construction

目前我国许多城市正在规划和建设物流中心,但忽视了对城市公共物流中心的规划建设。类似城市道路、下水道、电力、公交等系统,公共型物流中心已成为城市不可缺少的基础设施之一。论文在分析公共型物流中心的特点以及现有物流中心存在问题的基础上,探讨了城市公共物流中心规划建设的必要性。

The construction of logistics （distribution） center has been paid highly attention in the central and local government in China, however, the necessity of planning and construction still needs further study, Public logistics center is already one the indispensable infrastructures to a city, just like roads, sewer, power, public traffic systems and so on. The development of city logistics center has been the representative of city＇s urbanization and development level; it also plays much important roles in the economic development attd the people＇s living. On the basis of analyzing the characteristics and immense effects on city economy of public logistics center, the paper probes into the necessity of city public logistics center＇s planning and construction.
