摘要
以正丁酸和溴为原料,分别采用PB r3路线和PPA路线合成了2-溴丁酸,通过对比发现PPA路线总体优于PB r3路线,2-溴丁酸的收率为84.5%,且其最佳投料比(溴与正丁酸的摩尔比)为1.17∶1.再分别以2-溴丁酸与氨气,2-溴丁酸与氨水为起始原料制备了2-氨基丁酸,前者2-氨基丁酸的收率仅为23.2%,且难以达到反应所需条件;后者所得2-氨基丁酸经用乙醇的水溶液(水与乙醇的体积比为1∶3)重结晶,其收率为62.5%.并采用红外(IR)和核磁(1HNM R)对产品的结构进行了表征.
2 - Bromobutyric acid was synthesized from bromine and n - butyric acid through two methods, PBr3 route and PPA route. We found that the method of PPA route was better than that of PBr3 route,the method of PPA route was adopted to synthesize 2 -bromobutyric acid with the yield of 84. 5%, and the optimal molar ratio of bromine and n - butyric acid was 1.17 : 1. By taking 2 - bromobutyric acid to react with ammonia gas and ammonia water, respectively, 2 -aminobutyric acid were prepared, the former yield was 23.2%, and the desired reaction conditions were difficult to achieve. The latter yield reached 62.5 after recrystallization in ethanol solution(the volume ratio of water and ethanol was 1 : 3). The product was characterized by IR and ^1HNMR and the result was excellent.
