葡萄糖催化氧化合成葡萄糖酸钾的工艺研究

摘要 以葡萄糖为原料,Pd-Bx/C作催化剂,通过催化氧化的方法,合成了葡萄糖酸钾,并探讨了催化剂、葡萄糖质量浓度、氧气输入速率、搅拌速率对葡萄糖转化率的影响.通过实验得到了合成葡萄糖酸钾的工艺技术条件,适宜的工艺参数为葡萄糖的质量分数35%;氧气输入速率80 L/h;催化剂Pd-Bx/c的质量为原料葡萄糖的2%.在该条件下进行合成实验,葡萄糖酸钾的平均收率为97.87%,葡萄糖的转化率为98%-99%. Using Pd -Bx/C as catalyst, potassium gluconate was prepared through the catalytic oxidation of glucose. The influencing factors on the conversion of glucose, such as catalyst, mass fraction of glucose, input rate of O2, speed of stir, were investigated. The optimal conditions were obtained, which were as follows:the mass fraction of glucose was 35% ,the input rate of O2 was 80 L/h,and the mass ratio of Pd - Bx/C to glucose was 2%. The experiments were carried out under the above optimal conditions, the average yield of potassium gluconate was 97.87% ,and the conversion of gluconate was 98%-99%.
