双层培养法提高小麦花粉植株诱导率的效果 被引量:1

Effect of Double-deck Culture on Improvement of Induction Rate of Pollen Plant of Wheat

摘要 采用双层培养法,不仅成倍提高了小麦花药愈伤组织的诱导率,而且使愈伤组织分化绿苗的能力有所提高,其绿苗分化率比固体培养提高12.8%。 By using double-deck culture not only was induction rate of anther callus of wheat increased by times but also the callus′s ability for seedling differentiation was improved and the seedling differentiation rate was 12.8% higher than that by using solid medium.
