On the Construction of Progressiveness of Primary Party Branches in Colleges and Universities

论述新形势下高校基层党支部先进性建设所面临的问题与难点,提出加强基层党支部先进性建设,发挥党支部战斗堡垒作用,要认清新形势、迎接新挑战;要围绕新目标、形成新共识;要探索新载体、采取新举措;要树立新理念、建立新机制等应对措施。

The paper first expounds the problems and difficulties present in the construction of progressiveness of college Party branches in the new circumstances. Then, some countermeasures are suggested, namely, getting a clear understanding of the new situation to meet new challenges, developing new common understanding of new goals, employing more effec- tive initiatives by exploring new channels, and establishing new concepts and mechanism to strengthen the construction of progressiveness of college Party branches and bring the powerful fighting force of Party branches into full play.
