党支部工作"立项活动"是高校党建工作的实践创新和制度创新。笔者从"立项活动"的主题设计、项目管理两个方面入手,阐述高校基层党组织开展立项活动应把握的关键环节和保障措施。

The ＂ Project Establishment Activity＂ of branches of CPC in colleges and universities is an innovation in practice and system of the Party construction in institutions of higher education. From the aspects of the design for theme and project management of the activities, this essay elaborates the key points and supporting measures which should be grasped when the project establishment activity is carried out in primary Party organizations in colleges and universities.
