临床能力的培养在临床医学硕士专业学位研究生培养过程中尤为重要。针对研究生入学前临床基础参差不齐的状况,学院在教学管理实践中不断强化研究生临床意识,加强临床能力的培养,规范临床能力的考核,重视临床和科研能力的实践,制定了具体的培养方案和质量管理办法。

It is of especially great importance to foster theclinical competence in the cultivation of postgraduates majoring in clinical medicine. In view of the fact that graduate studentstend to have had different clinical basis before their enrollment, over the management, the college keeps raisingpostgraduates＂ clinical awareness, enhancingthe cultivation of theirclinical competence,standardizing the assessment of their clinical competence, and stressing the practice of clinical and research capabilitiesas well. At the same time, specific training programs and quality management approaches have also been developed.
