摘要
文章从提高医院领导认识水平增强全员教学意识、加强临床师资队伍建设确保教学质量、建立学校和医院的互补机制和激励机制、规范临床见习教学培养医学生的临床思维及综合分析能力等方面入手,探讨提高非行政隶属附属医院的临床教学质量。
The article attempts to probe intothe approaches to the improvement of clinical teaching quality in non-subordinate affiliated hospitals. It starts with the factorsthat hospital leaders'understanding in this respect and the staff's teaching awareness should be increased. It also holds that the buildingof the clinical teaching staffshould be strengthened to guarantee the teaching quality, and intercomplementaryand incentive mechanisms be set up between universities and hospitals. Meanwhile, it is highlighted to standardizethe clinicalprobation teaching with the purpose of cultivating medical students in their rational clinical thinking and competence in comprehensive analysis.
