摘要
在损失模型中引入平方色泵噪声,并考虑泵噪声实虚部间关联λp,推导了一个新的含有λp的光强朗之万方程.用线性化近似的方法从理论上对具有实虚部间关联的泵噪声驱动的单模激光的动力学性质进行分析,计算了光强的关联函数、功率谱及输出功率S.讨论了泵噪声实虚部间的关联强度λp、泵噪声强度p′、净增益系数a和关联时间τ对S的影响,发现λp对光强的输出功率影响显著.当λp=±0.5^(1/2)时,输出功率S最大,|λp|=1或λp=0时,输出功率S最小.
Colored quadratic pump noise was appended to a loss laser model and a Langevin equation of laser intensity that contains the cross-correlation between the real and imaginary parts of pump noise was derived The dynamical properties for a single-mode laser driven by colored quadratic pump noise with cross-correlation between the real and imaginary parts of the pump noise is theoretically studied by using of the linear approximation. The expressions of intensity correlation function, power spectrum, and output power were calculated. A discussion of how the correlation coefficient, the pump noise intensity, the net gain coefficient and the noise correlation time determining the behavior of the output power is present. It is found that the output power is at the most in the case of λp=±√0.5, in the case of |λp|=1 or λp=0, the output power is minimum.
