激光切割玻璃的参数模型

摘要 分析激光切割玻璃的机理,建立了切割过程的热传导方程和切割曲线方程,求得激光切割玻璃的参数模型和参数关系图.将理论分析与已有的实验结果进行对比,证明本文得到的激光切割参数模型是正确的,且具有普适性.所提出的参数模型对优化激光加工参数、减少实验费用、缩短时间、提高效率具有重要意义. A set of heat transfer model and an equation for cutting-curve have been developed by analyzing the mechanism of glass cutting with laser beam in this paper. The relationship between the limit- ed velocity and the laser power has been obtained via solving the curve equation, which shows the correlations of laser power, cutting speed, workpiece thickness, the kerr width, and thermo-physical properties. Later, the analytical results have been compared to the presented experimental data, which shows that the model is correct and universal in glass cutting with laser-beam.
