摘要
研究了Li2O,NaF,Al2O3和ZnO对玻璃体系软化温度和熔化温度的影响,在此基础上研制出了软化温度Tg低于500℃、熔化温度Tm低于560℃的低温无铅玻璃.分析了Li2O和NaF等对玻璃体系助熔的机理,用X射线衍射技术(XRD)分析了玻璃料的结晶状态,实验结果表明,制备的B2O3,Bi2O3和SiO2体系玻璃料为微晶玻璃,玻璃体系结构稳定.利用该玻璃料制备出的导电浆料,电性能优良,能满足低温电极的使用需要.
The effects of Li2O, NaF, Al2O3 and ZnO on soften and melting point of glass frits was studied. The low temperature and lead-free glass frits, the softening temperature being below 500 ℃ and melting point below 560 ℃, were prepared, after the experimental and theoretical analysis were carried out. The effects of Li20 and NaF on the softening and melting point of glass frits were discussed. The crystallization of the glass was analyzed by X-ray diffraction (XRD) technology. The results show that the lead-free glass is almost amorphous and very stable. The conductive pastes prepared with this type of the glass frits exhibit its good electrical property, which can meet the requirements for low temperature electrodes.
