鸡肾型传染性支气管炎病毒QG株的分离与鉴定

Isolation and Identification on Avian Infectious Bronchitis Virus of QG Strain

从重庆某大型养鸡场疑似肾型传染性支气管炎的病死鸡的肾、肝脏组织中分离到一株病毒,经SPF鸡胚连续传代、PCR鉴定和血凝试验,初步确定该病毒为鸡肾型传染性支气管炎病毒,命名为IBV-QG株。

A strain of virus was isolated from the kidney and liver tissue of dead chicken which had similar symptoms to nephropathogentic avian infectious bronchitis on a big farm of Chongqing. Contiguous passage of SPF chicken embryos, PCR identification and hemagglutination test suggested that the virus was Avian Infectious Bronchitis. And it was named IBV-QG strain.
