1.1 CLA的概念及结构
共轭亚油酸(ConJugated linoleic acid.CLA)是一系列含有碳碳共轭双键、具有多种位置和几何异构的十八碳二烯酸的统称。CLA具有16种共轭亚油酸的异构物,9.11—CLA在自然界的分布丰度相对较高,在CLA异构体中.
