家禽干扰素的研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 自1957年,Issacs等从鸡胚中发现干扰素以来,家禽干扰素的研究已取得了突破性的进展.研究表明干扰素具有抗病毒、抗肿瘤、免疫调节等功能,且干扰素基因工程产品在临床上的应用也取得了显著的成效,但是还有一些问题需要进一步的探索。本文着重就家禽IFN的产生、分类、作用机理、研究现状及目前存在的问题和应用前景做一综述。 Since 1957, Issacs et al find the IFN from the embryo of chicken, The research of poultry IFN has been got a breaking through progression. It shows that IFN have many great functions, including antivirus, antitumor, and immunoloregulation etc. At the same time, the genetic engineering productions of IFN have made a remarkable effect in clinic application, whereas there have some problems need to be further studied. This article mainly reviews the produce, classification, effect mechanism and the current research progress about interferon of poultry. And discuss the problem in current existence and prospects It's applications.
