中华鳖的嗜水气单胞菌分离与鉴定

Isolation and Identification of Aeromonas Hydrophila of Chinese Turtle

1996年4月份南京某水产养殖场发生了鳖的暴发性流行病。从死亡鳖实质脏器分离到1种细菌，该菌为革兰氏阴性短杆菌，有运动力，细胞色素氧化酶阳性，V—P试验阳性，发酵葡萄糖产酸产气，发酵甘露醇、七叶苷和阿拉伯糖；不发酵乳糖、肌醇。鸟氨酸脱羧酶阴性。对氯霉素、四环素高度敏感；对青霉素不敏感。经鉴定为嗜水气单胞菌。

In 1996, a kind of epizootic occurred among cultured turtle in NanJing and a bacterium was isolated from liver and kidney of moribund turtle. The features of all the isolates indicated that the bacterium belonged to Aeromonas Hydrophila.
