Analysis on the function of management entropy and the focus of enterprise

任何企业都是一个组织系统,而熵是对系统混乱度的度量,这就为企业战略管理的分析、研究提供了一个可靠的链接。根据熵的实质及熵理论,可以对企业管理熵作出定义,并对其作用过程、作用机制进行分析与研究,论证出企业演化规律的管理熵判据,进而对企业管理熵进行调控,达到聚核化战略管理的目的。

Any enterprise belongs to an organization system. The entropy has been widely used to measure the confused degree of the organization, which provides the chain between the analysis and the application for the enterprise＇s strategy management. According to the nature of the entropy and the entropy theory, we give the definition of the enterprise management entropy, of which process and mechanism are studied at the same time. Then we prove the management entropy＇ s criterion of the enterprise evolving law in order to well control the enterprise＇s management entropy and achieve the focus strategy management.
