黛力新与多虑平治疗冠心病患者抑郁症状的疗效分析

Evaluation of Therapeutic Effects on Deanxit and Doxepin for Depression with Patients of Coronary Heart Disease

目的观察黛力新及多虑平对冠心病患者抑郁症状的疗效。方法将93例冠心病伴抑郁症状的住院患者随机分成两组,在常规冠心病治疗的基础上,黛力新组(45例)服用黛力新每日早晨1片;多虑平组(48例)服用多虑平25mg/次,3次/d;观察4周,采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)定期进行疗效评定。结果黛力新组总有效率91.3%,多虑平组总有效率88.5%,疗效差异无显著意义(P<0.05)。黛力新组大部分病例明显疗效出现在用药后3～5d,无严重副作用,多虑平组大部分病例用药后1～2d即出现明显疗效,但副作用相对较多。结论黛力新及多虑平治疗冠心病抑郁症状疗效均确切、安全,黛力新有副作用小、服用方便等优点。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of Deanxit and Doxepin for Depression with Patients of coronary heart disease. Methods 93 Patients with CHD and depressive disorders were randomly divided into two groups, the 45 Patients on Deanxit group were received one tablet each morning, the 48 Patients on Doxepin group were received Doxepin 25 mg, three of a day. The total course treatment of the groups was four weeks. Results The total effective rate in Deanxit group was 91.3 %, Doxepin group was 88.5 %, there was no significant difference in scores of HAMD between the two groups after one,two,four weeks（ P 〉 0.05） .There was significant difference in scores of HAMD between the two grottps on three days（ P 〈 0.05）,depressed and anxious symptom of the both groups＇ patients were apparently improved. Conclusion Deanxit and Doxepin were effective and safety in the treatment of depression with Patients of coronary heart disease.
