中西医结合治疗消化性溃疡25例疗效观察

Curative Observation on Treatment of Peptic Ulcer with Combination of TCM and Western Medicine

目的比较联合应用雷尼替丁、痢特灵和香砂六君丸(浓缩丸)(联合用药组)和单用雷尼替丁(对照组)治疗消化性溃疡的疗效。方法经胃镜检查证实为消化性溃疡50例,随机分为联合用药组25例及单用雷尼替丁组25例,经2个疗程治疗后比较两组疗效。结果有效率联合用药组为97%,对照组为76%(P<0.05);幽门螺杆菌清除率,联合用药组为79%,对照组为37%(P<0.01)。结论联合用药组对溃疡和幽门螺杆菌清除率均优于对照组。中西药联合用药组具有价廉、缓解症状快、溃疡愈合率高、复发率低、副作用少等优点,值得在基层医疗机构推广应用。

Objective To compare curative effect of the combination use of ranitidine, Litelin Xiangshaliujunwan and single use of ranitidine to treat peptic ulcer. Methods 50 cases of peptic ulcer patient who confirmed with gastroscope were divided into two groups randomly. The observe group （25 cases） was treated with compound drugs and the control group was treated with only ranitidine. The curative effect was compared after 2 courses treatement. Results The effective rate was 97% in observe group and 76% in control group. The HP clearance rate was 79% in observe group and 37% in control group with （ P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion The effective and HP clearance rates in observe group were higher than those in control group. This combination use drugs might have cheap, rapid, good curative, low relapse rate and less side effect. It should wide use in clinic.
