剖宫产第三产程产后出血的防治

Prevention of Postpartum Bleeding of U-D in Ⅲ Labor

目的探讨剖宫产第三产程产后出血的防治措施。方法回顾性观察我院剖宫产产妇486例,随机分为3组,A组:缩宫素组(158例);B组:手法组(162例);C组:缩宫素加手法组(166例)。准确测量产后2h及24h出血量,记录第三产程时间。结果剖宫产各组中,C组的产后出血量及产后出血发生率与A组、B组相比,差异有显著性。结论胎儿娩出后及时使用缩宫素等促宫缩药,并采取主动手法辅助娩出胎盘,可明显减少剖宫产产后出血,其防治产后出血的效果显著优于上述其它处理方法。

Objective To discuss the prevention and treatment of postpartum bleeding of uterine - incision（U - D） in m labor. Methods 486 eases of this patient were observed and were divided into three groups： uterus contraction group, manipulation group and combined group. The bleeding volume at 2 h and 24 h and duration time were recorded. Results The bleeding volume and duration time in combined group were shorter than those in other two groups with significant difference. Conclusion The combination of these two methods might prevent pastpartum bleeding with good effect.
