阐述了目前电网建设过程中存在的问题及技术性和经济性原则及电力建设工程的项目造价控制的方法及采取的相关措施.
This paper has analyzed the existing problems and the technical and economic rules in transmission project, and brought in the effective ways and measures to control on the transmission project cost.
