On the Paradox and Convergence between Law and Morality

道德与法律是相对矛盾的,有诸多的不同:产生的历史不同、作用方式不同、界定标准不同等;但二者又有许多趋同之处:维护社会秩序、互相渗透、相同的价值观等,它们都是建设社会主义国家不可缺少的手段和方式.

Law and morality are contradictory to each other, with many differences, such as, different development history, different ways of function and different definition standard. On the other hand, they have many convergences, such as, maintaining social order, infiltrating each other, having same notions of value and being the inseparable means to build ,socialist country.
