On the Challenges of and Countermeasures to College Ideological and Political Work in the Network Era

主要分析在网络时代院校思想政治工作所面临的挑战,如对思想政治工作者提出的挑战、对思想政治对象提出的挑战、对思想政治工作内容提出的挑战、对思想政治工作方法提出的挑战等.针对这些挑战,根据网络时代院校思想政治工作的特点提出了相应的对策.

This paper has analyzed the challenges that college ideological and political work faces in the network era, such as, the challenges to the ideological and political work staff, to the work object, to the work content and to the work method. In the light of these challenges, the paper has produced relative countermeasures according to the features of college ideological and political work in the network era.
