论高校精品工程建设中院系教学管理工作创新

Innovation of Faculties' Teaching Administration in Choice University Project

高校院系教学管理工作在精品工程建设中发挥着重要作用。为了更好地实现精品工程建设的健康可持续发展,高校应该加大力度改革创新院系教学管理工作:根据学校和社会要求不断强化教学计划管理;从教学大纲制定、课堂教学环节、教学实践环节等角度严抓教学运行管理;在构建教学质量监控体系和有效管理监控过程的基础上规范教学质量的管理和评价;针对教学文件、档案、教务统计等方面的内容完善教学辅助管理。

Faculties＇ teaching administration plays an important role in the choice university proiect. To realize the sound and sustainable growth of choice university project, the faculties＇ teaching administration should be reformed and innovated greatly to enhance it in accordance to educational and social requirements. The formulation of syllabus, classroom instruction steps and teaching practice should all be done strictly. Both the teaching administration and evaluation should be normalized by building a QC system with useful monitoring procedure. In addition, an auxiliary administration should be provided for perfecting the teaching files/records and relevant statistics.
