The paper mainly introduces Eleventh Five - Year Plan of Scientific and Technological Development for Highway in Liaoning Province, contents of which include the current situations of science and technology and their developing trend,the highway＇s demands in science and technology, the objective and guiding ideology of scientific and technological development, the major fields of development and crux techniques as well as the safeguarding measures for development.
