摘要
高等院校实行二级学院制管理已成趋势,但对这一体制条件下学校如何对二级学院教学工作进行宏观调控与管理,如何对二级学院教学工作进行评估,目前尚无比较规范的做法。在分析高校建立内部教学评估长效机制的必要性及其功能与作用的基础上,探讨了教学评估指标体系建设的具体问题。
Sub-academies in universities management system have become the trend, but for the system how to macro-control and management the sub-academies, and how to evaluate the teaching quality of sub-academies, there is no the norm. The article bases on the analysis of necessary and the role of function of college teaching establish intemal assessment of the need for a long-term mechanism, and discusses specific issues of the teaching evaluation index system.
