摘要
教师专业发展是教师在教育教学实践中自觉形成专业理想,完善专业技能的历程。教学和科研作为高校青年教师的两条工作主线,对教师自身的专业发展起着巨大的推动作用。文章针对高校青年教师专业发展历程中教学与科研的协同效应进行分析,提出以教学为中心、教学与科研协同发展的思路,并对教学与科研协同过程中存在的一些问题及其对策进行了讨论。
College teacher development is the main approach for young college teachers to form professional ideology and acquire professional skills. The coordination of teaching and research is of great importance to the development of college teachers. Through the analysis of teaching and research process in the career of young college teachers a teaching - focused development approach which can coordinate teaching and research was proposed. Problems to be faced and measures to be taken in the process of the coordination were also discussed in detail.
