摘要
收入分配制度改革是人事制度改革的一项重要内容。文章就高校收入分配改革的历史和现状,取得的经验和成果进行了简单的回顾与分析,并就新一轮收入分配改革进行了探讨。
Income distribution system is a very important part in personnel system reform. This paper briefly recalls the history, current situation, experience and achievements obtained in income distribution reform of the higher education institutes, and tentatively discusses some problems in income distribution system reform of the new round.
