面对大学生盗窃被害的多发态势及呈现出的特征,传统的以犯罪人为中心的盗窃犯罪预防策略已日显局限。预防和减少犯罪应兼顾社会预防和被害预防,被害预防理论给当前预防大学生盗窃被害的对策研究带来若干启示和思考,应重视被害预防在预防大学生盗窃被害中的重要作用,鼓励大学生分担预防犯罪被害的责任,做好盗窃犯罪被害预防。

In view of the varied situation and characteristics about the university student victims of larceny, the traditional larceny crime prevention measures that emphasize the criminal as the central issue are becoming limited today. Prevention and reduction of crime should also give consideration to both social prevention and prevention of victimization. The theory of prevention of victimization brings about more inspiration and consideration about the countermeasure research in view of the university student victims of larceny. So, we should emphasize the important role of prevention of victimization in preventing the university student victims from larceny, encourage the university students share the responsibility in the course of crime victimization prevention and prepare actively for the prevention of victimization about larceny crime.
