摘要
近几年来,中国葡萄酒行业出现了很多不正当竞争的行为,其中一个明显的例子就是"傍名牌"现象。文章通过导入傍名牌的定义,并列举了傍名牌在葡萄酒行业的主要表现形式,提出了行业与企业在打击傍名牌现象过程中应该采取的策略。
With the rapid development of Chinese wine industry in recent years, many unfair competition phenomenons are appearing in marketplace, among which the free-riding against the well-known brand names is prevailing. The paper introduces the definition of free-ride, and lists the modes of free-ride in wine market, proposing the relative countermeasures that the industry and wineries should take to solve the unfair competition problem.
