摘要
应用多效唑对桃树进行土施不同剂量的试验,结果表明,土施0.5g·m^(-2)和0.25g·m^(-2)的处理对树体生长都抑制过头;施后第二年,0.25g·m^(-2)和0.125g·m^(-2)的处理仍有残效约一个月,如再补施0.25g·m^(-2)或0.125g·m^(-2)则又都表现过量。推荐使用剂量为0.125g·m^(-2),隔年使用。果实内残留测定表明,多效唑在果实内的残留因使用剂量不同而有变化,剂量愈高,果实内的残留也愈高。叶面喷布的残留比土施的残留高。使用剂量不超过0.25g·m^(-2)时,果实内残留量一般不超过0.1mg·kg^(-1)。
The effects of paclobutrazol on the vegetative growth of peach trees were studied with different dosages for soil application.Vegetative growth in the year of application was over inhibited by paclobutrazol soil appli- cation with dosages higher than 0.25g·m^(-2),and there were similar carry over effects in the year following application with dosages of 0.125g·m^(-2)and 0.25g·m^(-2).The alternative soil application of 0.125g·m^(-2) was recommanded.The concentration of paclobutrazol in the fruit was less than 0.1ing·1^(-1)when the dosages applied were less than 0.25g·m^(-2).
