摘要
结合甘肃电网高扬程水泵农灌客户的实际情况,提出了适合当前此类客户功率因数调整电费的方法及计算模型。该模型将高扬程农灌客户的功率因数计算所采用的有功电量与参与调整的电费值所对应的有功电量进行了统一,使得此类客户的功率因数电费调整办法更加的符合政策法规,并为高扬程水泵农灌客户无功电量的需求侧管理提供了科学合理的技术支持。
Combined with the status of village high lift water pump irrigation customers in Gansu province the article puts forward a method and its calculation model about tariff adjustment according to customer power factor. The model unifies the active power energy adopted by power factor calculation of village high lift water pump irrigation customers with the active power energy correspond to tariff value for adjustment. The method satisfies the policy and rules and it provides scientific and rational technology support for DSM.
