摘要
采用金属丝网与PET膜复合结构作为电磁屏蔽结构,对该结构在可见光波段、近红外波段透过率以及微波段的屏蔽效果进行了研究。结果表明,采用金属丝网与PET膜复合结构可以制备可见光透明的屏蔽性能优良的电磁屏蔽层;可见光波段透过率超过50%,微波衰减为25~46dB;在1000~5000MHz屏蔽效果好,可达到45dB以上。
A kind of new electromagnetic shielding structure is prepared with metallic mesh and PET film, For the structure, the transparence in visible/near-infrared wave band and the shielding effectiveness in microwave band are studied. The results show that the structure can be used as electromagnetic shielding layer, The transparence of the shielding layer is larger than 50% in visible wave band and the attenuation of the shielding layer is from 25 dB to 46 dB in microwave band. The electromagnetic shielding effectiveness is up to 45 dB in the 1 000-5 000 MHz frequency range,
