纳米硫化锑复合材料吸波性能研究

摘要 随着电磁污染的日益加重,吸波材料作为一种抵御电磁辐射的有效方法已成为国内外专家的研究热点,而具有特定参数的吸波剂是吸波材料的关键所在,新型吸波剂的研究开发至关重要。考察硫化锑的电磁参数,并分析其吸波机理。对硫化锑填充环氧树脂基吸波平板的吸波性能进行实验测试和理论计算。结果表明:硫化锑具有一定的吸波效果;通过对硫化锑吸波性能的模拟计算,在相同厚度不同硫化锑填充量或者相同硫化锑填充量不同厚度的情况下,随着硫化锑填充量的增加或者厚度的增加,吸收峰值逐渐向低频飘移。 With the increasing intensity of electromagnetic pollution, more and more researchers both at home and abroad are devoting themselves to the study of wave absorbing. Since the quality of absorbing materials mainly depends on the absorbent and its parameters, the research and development of new absorbent are of vital importance. Thus, this paper studies the electromagnetic parameter of Sb2S3, and analyzes its wave absorbing characteristics. Experiments and theoretical calculations are made on the absorbing property of Sb2S3/epoxy absorbing plate. Results show that Sb2S3 performs certain absorbing functions. By simulative calculations on the absorbing property of Sb2S3,it is found that with one of the factors of Sb2S3 packing ratio and thickness of plates fixed, if the other increases, the absorbing peak gradually moves to lower frequencies.
