摘要
在传统网格法的基础上,给出一种基于图像匹配的无损变形测量新方法。该方法以图像的亚像素匹配为关键技术并采用虚拟网格的思想。在测量时,不用在待测物体表面预制任何标志,而是利用试件表面的数字图像的灰度特征形成虚拟网格,利用区域匹配算法完成全场的位移测量;再按照网格法中的应变计算方法得到位移转变成应变。典型拉伸实验证实,该方法与传统网格法的测量结果一致。
The paper presents a new non-destructive deformation measuring method. It takes image sticking technology as its key technology and accepts an idea of virtual grid so that it makes the surface deformation measurement more simple, efficient and easy to be automated. In measuring process, the measurement of whole-field displacement is first accomplished with the help of area-based image sticking algorithm and an idea of virtual grid resulted from the natural gray features of the object's surface instead of any artificial signs or pattems prefabricated, and finally, a full surface deformation is calculated simply by the algorithm of traditional grid method. Typical tensile experiments have shown that the test results from the proposed method agree well with those from traditional grid method.
